What Smart Gallery Hub collects

The desktop application

Smart Gallery Hub is a local-first desktop application. Your images, videos, metadata, and AI-generated content stay on your computer. We do not upload, transmit, or store any of your files on our servers.

• No telemetry. SGH does not phone home.
• No cloud storage. All data is stored in a local SQLite database on your machine.
• AI processing is local. When using Ollama, inference runs entirely on your hardware. If you choose to connect an external AI provider (e.g., OpenAI-compatible API), your data is sent to that provider under their privacy policy — not ours.

The website (smartgalleryhub.com)

This website is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which collects anonymous, aggregate traffic data without cookies or personal identifiers.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), which acts as our Merchant of Record. When you purchase Smart Gallery Hub Pro, Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, billing address, and payment information. We do not store your credit card details.

Support emails

If you email us at support@smartgalleryhub.com, we receive your email address and message content. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.

How we use your data

• Purchase data (name, email): to deliver your license key and provide support.
• Support emails: to respond to your questions.
• Anonymous web analytics (if enabled): to understand which pages visitors view.

We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to third parties.

Data retention

• License data: retained as long as your license is active.
• Support emails: retained for up to 2 years, then deleted.
• Web analytics: anonymous, aggregate data only; no personal data retained.
